It’s a
miracle! I survived the journey! I’m safe and sound and in America- the country
where dreams can come true. And they are already about to! I met the most stunning
girl I’ve ever seen on the boat that brought me here and were expecting our
first baby! I also found a way to support my home, my Ireland. We donate some
of our money- I got a very good job here- to the “Fenian Brotherhood”. They
send the money to Ireland people there can fight the British. Tomorrow we will
invade Canada the second time- we failed the first time, but we won’t give up!
Canada is a British colony; if we conquer it, we conquer a part of Britain! I
hope I can make my family proud.
